Singapore: Shares open lower on Friday

SINGAPORE share prices opened lower on Friday with the Straits Times Index down 5.37 points to 3,231.13.

Volume was 49.4 million shares worth S$76.3 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 98 to 46.
