Singapore: Shares open lower on Tuesday

SINGAPORE share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the Straits Times Index down 21.87 points to 3,272.27.
Volume was 35.6 million shares worth S$51.3 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 81 to 38.
