Singapore: STI opens 7.39 points higher

SINGAPORE share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the Straits Times Index (STI) up 7.39 points or 0.21 per cent to 3,449.72 as at 9.01am.
Top gainers in early-morning trade included DBS, Petra Foods and Keppel Corporation.
Some 83.8 million shares worth S$60.1 million changed hands, with gainers outnumbering losers 92 to 67.
