Singapore stocks enter afternoon session higher; STI at 3,430.7, up 1.4 % on day
SINGAPORE shares entered the afternoon session 1.4 per cent higher with the Straits Times Index up 45.72 points to 3,430.7 as at 1.01pm on Tuesday.
About 1.02 billion shares worth S$769 million in total changed hands as gainers outnumbered losers 300 to 90.
The most actively traded stock was Magnus Energy, which traded at S$0.001 with 75.8 million shares changing hands.
Other actives included Pine Capital and ISR Capital.
Active index stocks included DBS, up S$0.19 or 0.7 per cent at S$27.5; and OCBC Bank shares trading up S$0.44 or 3.59 per cent at S$2.7.
