Singapore stocks enter afternoon session lower; STI at 3,534.87, down 0.4% on day
SINGAPORE shares entered the afternoon session 0.4 per cent lower, with the Straits Times Index down 13.87 points to 3,534.87 as at 1.02pm on Wednesday.
About 1.10 billion shares worth S$909 million in total changed hands as losers outnumbered gainers 226 to 139.
The most actively traded stock was ISR Capital, which rose S$0.001 to S$0.007 with 71.0 million shares changing hands.
Other actives included Midas and Allied Technologies.
Active index stocks included Keppel Corporation, up S$0.23 or 2.67 per cent at S$8.86; and DBS shares trading up S$0.01 or 0.04 per cent at S$26.59.
