Singapore: Stocks open lower ahead of China industrial profits data

SINGAPORE'S benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) opened on Monday slightly lower at 2,828.07 points, down 4.57 points or 0.16 per cent, at 9.03am, ahead of data on China industrial profits.
Some 48.4 million shares worth S$62.4 million changed hands. There were 68 gainers to 65 losers.
Top stocks traded were Singtel, DBS, SATS, City Developments and CapitaLand.
