STI ends Friday's session up 16 points

THE Straits Times Index (STI) finished Friday's session with a gain of 16.02 points or 0.49 per cent at 3,319.11, lifted by shares of market movers including OCBC, UOB and ThaiBev.
Turnover came in over 2 billion units worth S$1.3 billion. Excluding warrants, the advance-decline score was 271 to 183.
Among the counters that were most active were ThaiBev, Rowsley and Sincap.
