Stocks to watch: China Everbright Water, M1, MLT, K-Reit, KIT
THE following stocks gave material announcements after markets closed on Monday which could affect trading activity on Tuesday.
China Everbright Water is placing out 120.7 million new shares at S$0.94 each.
M1 reported a 9.9 per cent increase in fourth-quarter profit to S$44.5 million, capping a year of record net profit for the year ended Dec 31, 2014.
Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.87 Singapore cents for its third quarter ended Dec 31, 2014, slightly higher than the 1.84 cents a year ago.
Keppel Reit's (K-Reit) divestment of its stake in Prudential Tower led its fourth-quarter DPU to fall to 1.51 Singapore cents for the period ended December 2014, down from 1.97 cents a year ago.
Lower production of Newater and a decline in power tariffs due to plunging oil prices caused Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) to report a net profit of S$12.7 million for the year ended Dec 31, 2014, down ten per cent compared to a year ago. Revenue declined 2.5 per cent to S$65.5 million.
