SINGAPORE stocks: Most Asian equities are expected to kick off the week on a downbeat note, as they continue to be plagued by Trump-led uncertainties.

In the past week, Singapore stocks have had a bumpy ride, though they ended last Friday's session on a happier note.

Still, investors are likely to continue to adopt a wait-and-see approach until US President-elect Donald Trump provides more certainty.

Asiatravel.com Holdings: The online travel agency said in a filing to Singapore Exchange on Monday morning that it has requested for a longer-term trading stoppage.

This follows its request on Nov 15 for a trading halt "pending releases of an announcement".

SBI Offshore Limited: The board of directors of SBI Offshore said on Monday the company had on Nov 8 appointed UniLegal LLC as its legal adviser "to perform review of the PwC findings on the NPT transactions and the facts and circumstances surrounding Mr Lau Yoke Mun's conduct as a service provider".

NPT refers to transactions relating to Jiangyin Neptune Marine Appliance Co.
