THE following listed companies made material announcements before the Singapore market opened on Monday:
Italy's shipbuilding group Fincantieri Group has set out to take its Singapore-listed subsidiary, Vard Holdings, private at S$0.24 per share.
Olam International posted an 8.6 per cent decline in third quarter net profit to S$20.52 million from a year ago.
Mainboard-listed ASL Marine has lined up a five-year club term loan facility of S$99.9 million from various lenders.
