Tokyo: Shares end 0.18% higher

[TOKYO] Tokyo shares rose 0.18 per cent Friday after another rally on Wall Street and as oil prices steadied.
The Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange added 30.63 points to 17,197.73, while the Topix index of all first-section issues ended up 0.21 per cent, or 2.91 points, at 1,380.58.
