Tokyo: Shares open lower

[TOKYO] Tokyo shares opened lower Thursday following a four-day rally while taking a weak lead from Wall Street after the Trump administration unveiled details of its tax reform plan.
Tokyo's benchmark Nikkei 225 index fell 0.31 per cent, or 59.80 points, at 19,229.63 in the first minutes of trading, while the Topix index of all first-section issues was down 0.26 per cent, or 3.94 points, at 1,533.47.
