CITIBANK Singapore will blaze a trail for the financial services industry when it introduces the full suite of its CitiDirect Banking Evolution (BE) platform to corporate and institutional customers.
Melvyn Low, Asean head for Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions, said during a recent briefing that Citibank has been planning and developing this "revolutionary" refresh to its Internet banking platform for corporate clients for "one to two years" now.
In that time, its global development team has revamped its existing IT infrastructure supporting the mainly transactional online banking Web portal.
