Computer Sciences gets better for buyout firms with new CEO

EIGHT years after trying and failing to sell itself, Computer Sciences Corp (CSC) may have a better sales pitch.
The technology consulting firm's chief executive officer, Mike Lawrie, has cut costs, lifted margins and boosted free cash flow. That's made CSC a better business, even as it has gotten cheaper for potential buyers.
