Dell Technologies says it's committed to Asia
It says the merger will help customers to transform their IT and protect their most important asset, information

THE Asia-Pacific including Japan (APJ) will continue to remain a key market for Dell Technologies, which on Thursday announced the completion of its US$67 billion acquisition of storage company EMC Corporation.
The merger has created the largest privately held enterprise technology company with 140,000 employees and an estimated turnover of US$74 billion. The announcement was the culmination of months of work put into the deal, once it was announced in October 2015.
