Singapore
JAPANESE storage major Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), part of the Hitachi group, saw steady growth in Singapore in fiscal 2014. The company feels that the technologies required to fulfil Singapore's ambition to become a smart nation will provide more opportunities for growth this year and in the coming years.
Ravi Rajendran, HDS' vice-president and general manager for Asean and India, noted that the company is well poised to address local industry concerns around storage environments due to the proliferation of data required to meet changing business demands.
