Indonesia's Telkom Group opens third data centre in S'pore

TELIN Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indonesia's PT Telkom Group, on Tuesday inaugurated the opening of its third and largest data centre in Singapore.
Telin-3, as it is named, is a five-storey, 20,000 square metre purpose-built facility sited in the Singapore Data Centre Park in Jurong. It is said to be the first date centre in Singapore to be awarded the coveted Tier IV design certification from Uptime Institute, a global advisory organisation focused on business infrastructure.
