lalamove launches re-designed website and new Web app
LALAMOVE, previously known as EasyVan - a mobile application platform that connects people with on-demand independent drivers and riders - announced on Friday it will be launching its re-designed website which includes a new Web application for Web-based ordering and tracking.
lalamove's new feature has been developed based on feedback from regular customers, who expressed the need for a browser application that incorporates live tracking and desktop notifications, the company said in a note.
The Web application will also allow for user account management monitoring of multiple ongoing orders and, soon, an e-wallet payment system, the company added.
To commemorate its rebranding, lalamove, as it is already known in Taiwan, Thailand and China, is giving away S$1 million worth of free deliveries to new customers who use the promo code "NOWLALAMOVE".
The code may be used once per customer and offers a discount of S$5 for any delivery above 3kg, the company said.
