IN a globalised world where trade and cross-border capital flows have stagnated but where volume of cross-border data flows has soared, Singapore has topped the Connected Index rankings compiled by McKinsey Global Institute (MGI) to emerge as the world's most-connected nation.
It was in fourth place in 2014.
