NetLink Trust fined S$500k for failing to meet service standards

NETLINK Trust (NLT), which owns and operates Singapore's national high-speed fibre network, has been fined a total of S$500,000 for delays in service to both its home and business customers.
Of the S$500,000 fine, S$200,000 was for failure to meet Quality of Service (QoS) standards to its residential customers, and the other S$300,000, for failing its business customers.
