Oil executive accused of impersonating Musk fires back at Tesla
[SAN FRANCISCO] An ex-oil services firm executive accused by Tesla Motors Inc. of impersonating Elon Musk in an e-mail to get inside information on the company fired back at the electric car maker, saying it hacked his Twitter account so it could publicly embarrass him.
Quest Integrity Group LLC's former finance chief Todd Katz on Wednesday filed counter claims to Tesla's September lawsuit in state court in San Jose, California.
