THE co-CEO of enterprise software maker Oracle Corporation, Mark Hurd, is gung-ho about the cloud and feels that his company has the chops to be the No. 1 company in the enterprise cloud computing business.
He has reasons to be bullish. Oracle, like many peers in enterprise software business, has been busy the past few years tweaking its business model and products so that they work in the cloud and it has started to see this being reflected in its topline.
