ADB trims S-E Asia growth forecast for this year to 4.7%

SOUTH-EAST Asia appears relatively weak at present amid an otherwise stable outlook for economic growth across the Asia region as a whole, the Asian Development Bank said in a report yesterday.
Elsewhere, China is achieving a planned and controlled economic slowdown while India and Pakistan are picking up speed, the ADB said in its latest Asian Development Outlook (ADO) update.
