AHPETC's corporate governance gets 'red' grade

THE Ministry of National Development (MND) has given a "red" grade to the town council run by the opposition Workers' Party (WP) for its corporate governance.
The Aljunied-Hougang-Punggol East Town Council (AHPETC) was deemed to have not complied with the provisions of the Town Councils Act and the Town Councils Financial Rules.
