JOINING the chorus of protests against the European Commission's (EC) move to revive its aviation emissions scheme, former director-general of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Giovanni Bisignani expects the amended proposal to stall in the face of strong opposition.
"It will not happen," he said yesterday at the sidelines of an event organised by the Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
