[SINGAPORE] The flak over Indonesia's naming of a ship after the Indonesian marines who bombed Singapore's MacDonald House in 1965 has spilt over to the energy front. An earlier-scheduled Indonesian government meeting with potential investors in Singapore today for its first greenfield refinery development in 30 years has now been cancelled.
