Line chats up Singapore with local office in Q3

CHAT app Line is opening an office in Singapore, as part of an ambitious bid to be the primary messaging app for mobile users here.
This office will be up and running by the third quarter of the year, Simeon Cho, Line Plus Corporation's general manager for Line's business development, told The Business Times yesterday.
