MAS proposes amending laws to fight 'dirty money'

THE Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) intends to increase cooperation with other financial supervisors to fight money laundering and terrorism financing (ML/TF).
It is proposing changes to the MAS Act and the Trust Companies Act (TCA) for more effective international cooperation in countering ML/TF.
