ANA Dreamliner makes emergency landing in KL after engine issue

An ANA Holdings Inc Dreamliner bound for Tokyo made an emergency landing in Kuala Lumpur on Monday after receiving a warning that the temperature of the exhaust gas from its right engine was very high.
The pilots of Flight 816 cut off power on the right side and landed with the left engine, Kenichi Furukawa, an ANA spokesman, said by phone from Tokyo. All 203 passengers and 11 crew members are safe, said Ryosei Nomura, another spokesman. The company has yet to determine the cause of the warning.
