Big car COE premium spikes in latest bidding
Coming cut to the Cat B quota and there being 3 weeks to the next bid cited as reasons

CERTIFICATE of entitlement (COE) premiums were mixed in the final bidding exercise before the start of a smaller COE quota next month.
Category A, for cars below 1,600 cc and 130 hp, slipped S$516 to S$50,991 but Cat B, for cars above 1,600 cc or 130 hp, jumped S$3,409 to S$56,410.
