THE Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore's (CAAS) net surplus for the year ended March 31, 2015 fell to S$65.88 million from S$89.9 million a year ago, as income declined and expenditure rose.
Before contributions of S$13.97 million to a government consolidated fund, the surplus came to S$79.85 million, down from S$107.6 million.
