Changi passenger traffic dips in June
For H1, traffic is up 1.4% despite drops in arrivals from China, Thailand
PASSENGER traffic at Changi Airport has shrunk a tad - dipping 0.3 per cent year on year to 4.65 million in June - after decelerating growth in recent months.
Passenger numbers were up 3.4 per cent in April and were 2 per cent higher in May.
Commercial aircraft movements dipped 0.5 per cent to 28,130 flights in June, while 154,700 tonnes of airfreight were handled, down 0.2 per cent. June was the first month this year to see a contraction in aircraft movements.
