Co-pilot was German, no terrorist profile: prosecutor
[MARIGNANE, France] The German co-pilot who locked himself in the cockpit of the Germanwings plane that crashed and killed all 150 people aboard was not listed as a terrorist, French authorities said Thursday.
Prosecutor Brice Robin said the co-pilot is "not known by us" to have links to terrorism or extremists, and that German authorities are expected to provide additional information on his background and private life later Thursday or Friday.
