COE premiums for passenger cars continue falling
Premiums dip in fourth straight tender; dealers say bookings are drying up

CERTIFICATE of Entitlement (COE) premiums for passenger cars continued to sag on Wednesday, the first tender for July, as bookings for new cars dried up, said some dealers.
Category A, for cars below 1,600cc and 130 hp, slipped S$2,300 to S$58,700.
