COE prices end mostly higher in latest tender

    CERTIFICATE of entitlement (COE) prices ended mostly higher in the latest tender yesterday, arresting a downtrend which started more than a year ago.

    COE premiums for cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp closed 4 per cent higher at S$38,510. COE prices for cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp finished 0.7 per cent lower at S$37,330.
