Customer satisfaction up in Q2 for air and land transport sectors

CUSTOMER satisfaction rose year-on- year in the second quarter for land transport, public education and air transport, according to the latest Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG).
The CSISG 2016 Q2 study - which scores industries and companies on a scale of 0 to 100 - also looked at customer satisfaction in other sectors such as private education and logistics, both of which saw no significant change from the scores in Q2 2015.
