THE certificate of entitlement (COE) premium for commercial vehicles fell nearly S$20,000 ahead of next month's big increase in supply.
Cat C - for goods vehicles and buses - slumped S$19,405 to S$26,501, while Cat D - for motorcycles - shed S$877 to S$6,712.
