US-based business jet-maker Gulfstream has more than doubled its fleet in Asia over the last five years, going from 140 aircraft in this part of the world to the current 290 in that time.
Within South-east Asia, Singapore is its biggest market, with 25 of the 60 aircraft in the region based in the city state, where the well-heeled and corporations make up the buyers.
