Is the Indonesian govt mishandling investigation?

THE head of Indonesia's air safety board is distancing himself from comments made by the country's transport minister to lawmakers that seemed to suggest the AirAsia jetliner that crashed last month mid-flight to Singapore stalled because it climbed too high, too fast.
"Parliament asked him a question and he had to answer. I can understand why he said it," said Tatang Kurniadi, chairman of the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT), at a gathering of the Jakarta Foreign Correspondents Club (JFCC).
