No sign of plane after second day of search
Indonesian authorities say the jet with 162 on board likely crashed into the sea
Surabaya
INTERNATIONAL teams scouring the Java Sea off Indonesia for the missing AirAsia passenger jet failed to find any trace for a second day as darkness fell and the authorities said the plane likely crashed into the water.
An earlier report of a sighting of an object spotted by an Australian surveillance aircraft during a sea search was found to be unrelated to the missing plane.
