Passenger car COE premiums fall

PASSENGER car certificate of entitlement (COE) premiums fell substantially in the second bidding exercise of May, with the small-car category slumping by nearly S$5,000.

Category A, for cars below 1,600cc or 130 hp, shed S$4,617 to S$46,489; Cat B, for cars above 1,600cc and 130 hp, was S$2,413 lower at S$53,001.
