Passenger car COE premiums inch up

    CERTIFICATE of entitlement (COE) premiums for passenger cars inched up on Wednesday as demand from replacement buyers continues to be strong, say dealers.

    Category A, for cars below 1,600cc and 130 hp, rose S$505 to S$46,009; Cat B, for cars above 1,600cc or 130 hp, went up S$498 to S$47,000.
