SINGAPORE Airlines (SIA) has said it will work closely with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on its plans to cease offering re-employment contracts for captains who are past the retirement age.
An SIA spokesman, announcing this, added: "We will provide assistance, where possible, to pilots who are not re-employed to find alternative employment."
