THE ability to deliver a safe and secure high-speed rail system and to meet availability and reliability requirements will be top priorities that Singaporean and Malaysian authorities expect of a key company that will help develop the high-speed rail linking the two countries.
This company, called the assets company, is also expected to develop and implement a network code that will apply to everyone and all entities involved in the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail.
