SMW 2016 a platform for green, digital shipping
Events expanded to 31 from 15 to tackle emerging issues in the industry

MARITIME players are seeking platforms to communicate and collaborate on the development and adoption of digital technologies and new regulations that can go towards enhancing the resilience and relevance of a highly cyclical sector.
The Maritime and Port Authority, in responding to a growing industry need for such platforms, has expanded the events at the 11th Singapore Maritime Week (SMW 2016) to 31 from 15, including the Maritime Sustainability Forum and Maritime Cyber Security Seminar, to tackle emerging issues in the brave new world of green and digital shipping.
