US airports modernising dining options with fresh-from-the-farm fare

OUTSIDE of the hotel minibar, few places for business travellers have had more unhealthy fare than airports, home of the stale, prewrapped sandwich and fast-food burger. But that is starting to change.
The farm-to-table movement has come to airports across the United States. bringing fresh, local produce, meat and other goods to restaurants led by well-known chefs and shops with local culinary specialties.
