ShopBack cuts 195 staff in bid to become self-sustainable
ShopBack laid off 195 jobs, or 24% of its workforce, in a bid to restructure for focused and sustainable growth. The Temasek-backed rewards platform also discontinued its “buy now, pay later” (BNPL) service, PayLater in early Mar 2024.
