Trust is broken by bad behaviour. When that is compounded by self-congratulatory claptrap dressed up as public relations, it has been lost forever. Wells Fargo is a good example of what not to do and how not to compound it when you've done it. We no longer believe any e-mail or letter that begins with the words "in order to improve . . ." because we know that it is yet a further attempt to steal from us.
