OUR workplace of the future will have a landing zone for autonomous drones that will bring us to work. The profile of our workforce will change to a wider variety of skillsets - data scientists, technologists, code writers, and jobs of the future that don't exist today. Agile working concepts will be standard practice, office space required will decrease and a high proportion will be designated collaboration areas. Work spaces will place emphasis on supporting healthy lifestyles with more showers, changing facilities and juice bars. All work spaces will maximise energy efficiency and offer facilities that make it easier for working Mums.
