HOW many times have you been to an excellent cafe only to be let down by poorly reheated eggs, or had a meal in a nice restaurant ruined by an insipid post-meal coffee? For The Lokal's co-founder Benjamin Lee, the answer is too many. His mission at his six-day-old joint, thus, is to marry good coffee with dishes that hold their own too.
